People working in the IT profession usually use a lot of IT jargon when providing assistance, leaving me with more questions than answers, but at Soulware Tech, everything... read more was explained in simple terms (without making me feel like I am clueless). Prices are affordable and the service incredibly quick. I had a problem with my laptop, I logged a call, and in just a few hours, my laptop was taken for some much needed TLC and returned the next day, with the MS Office I bought and struggled to install, already installed. It is fantastic to also see a business come to you to help you out (not everyone is always in a position to go to a business to get something fixed), so this was an outstanding bonus. I also got a new battery at a reasonable price. It was also great to be able to ask for advice and to get straight answers. I always find it frustrating to try to get Internet Security advice. But at Soulware Tech, I did not only get advice, but I was also assisted to get Eset Internet Security on my laptop - so far it works great and caters to my internet security needs, without slowing my laptop down. I cannot recommend Soulware Tech enough. It was such a pleasure to receive exceptional service that caters to my laptop needs, without breaking the bank!
