Why? The next generation of Nvidia RTX 4090 series of graphics cards are rumoured to be extremely power-hungry. Sources suggest that these cards could draw in excess of 450 up to 800 watts of power.

Before demand increases for high output power supplies and finding stock becomes just as difficult as it was getting your hands on graphics cards during the chip shortages.
